AcreFit - “Bootcamp”

"Bootcamp" - Yeah, We Get It...
The word bootcamp has picked up a bit of a reputation over the years. It can sound like shouting, military drills, and feeling like you're questioning every life decision five minutes in. But here at AcreFit, that’s not what we’re about.

Our timetable varies throughout the week offering several different types of fitness sessions within the outdoor environment. I suppose thats where the bootcamp aspect comes from. More info can be found below!

Sure, we train hard but it’s not about punishment, it's about progress. And "bootcamp" is just the name we use for our outdoor sessions. What we actually offer goes way beyond the stereotype.

We’re about community, confidence, and building a routine that feels good. You’ll move, laugh, sweat a bit - but you’ll never be barked at or pushed past your limits. Every session is designed to meet you where you’re at, whether you're just starting out or looking to level up.

At AcreFit, it’s not just a workout. It’s a place to belong - You’ll leave feeling better than when you arrived (and probably with a few new mates too).

So if you’ve been put off by the word bootcamp before, give us a chance to change your mind. We think you’ll love what we’re really about.

Group Training

What do we have on offer? And When?

Grit

Coming soon…

Our version of an engine hour. It’s all hands on deck, or should we say all feet on the grass. Expect to battle your way through a session built on pure intensity. With no access to traditional cardio equipment, we've had to get creative. Expect clever twists, raw effort, and unconventional methods to get your heart pumping. Grit is about pushing limits, building engine, and thriving outside the comfort zone. Let’s see what you’re made of.

Kettlebells

Monday 6:20-7:10PM

New to kettlebells or been slinging them for years - this class meets you where you're at.

Kettlebells are raw, efficient, and brutally effective. One tool, endless ways to build real-world strength, power, and conditioning. We’ll nail the fundamentals, layer in the advanced stuff, and keep the tempo high. Swings, snatches, presses, and flows with a sprinkle of cardio!

Come ready to work. Leave feeling like a machine. Oh and as a plus we supply the bells but that doesn’t mean you cant bring your own if you wish.

Bootcamp

Thursday 6:20-7:10PM

Sunday 9:00-9:50AM

Think unconventional fitness — flipping tyres, dragging tyres, pulling tyres, hitting tyres. This is the home of the tractor tyre, although you might not see it every session!

Our bootcamp sessions mix it up with some of our favourite styles: blitz, circuits, 50/50, and team challenges. It’s all about keeping things fresh, fun, and tough — getting you fitter in ways the gym machines just can’t match.

Location

Where do we host the outdoor sessions?

You’ll find us just on the outskirts of Gawcott, we are directly opposite CHAFOR wine estate on the road leading towards Preston Bissett. Check out the video below for directions on where to park.

AcreFit Raffle – Earn as You Exercise!

Consistency pays off! Every bootcamp session you attend earns you an entry into our monthly raffle, giving you the chance to win exciting prizes!

How It Works:

1 session = 1 raffle entry

More sessions = increased entries!

As long as you’re booked into a session, you’ll still receive an entry - even if you don’t attend. However, if you request a refund or move your session with 24 hours notice from when the session will take place (refer to policy), you will not be eligible for that session’s raffle ticket.

The winner(s) will be drawn in the final session of each month, and prizes will change monthly to keep things fresh!

Please note: Raffle tickets cannot be purchased separately - they are exclusively earned by attending sessions.

Please refer to the Polices tab to see the Terms and Conditions.
