Think of it as a two part battle - different movements but the same focus! Whether it’s legs and lungs, push and pull, or power and pace, you’ll get a solid mix that keeps the body guessing and the engine running.

Circuits

The True OG bootcamp setup. You’ve got a 60-second timer, a bunch of stations, and no time to slack. Move from one to the next hitting a mix of strength, cardio, and bodyweight work. It’s sweaty, it’s tough, and it gets results. A simple format, but it delivers every time. Whether you’re new to this or been training for years, circuits will test you- and you’ll love it.

Team Based

Exactly what it says on the tin. In this session, you’ll work with a partner or full team to complete a series of challenging exercises.

Inspired by Hyrox Doubles, but with a raw, outdoor twist- using equipment you'd expect to find in a true bootcamp setting, like tyres and sandbags. Whether you're racing the clock or grinding through shared reps, it’s all about teamwork, grit, and a bit of friendly competition.

BlitZ

Fast-paced and relentless. 30-second rounds where you’re bouncing from one exercise to the next with barely any time to think.

It’s high tempo, high energy, and will have those calories flying. Perfect for ramping up your fitness, pushing your limits, and leaving it all out there. Short rounds, big effort.

Grit (The Danger Zone)

Excuse our french but this is the Epitome of F**ked. Easily the toughest session AcreFit throws your way or a once a month treat if you’re into that kind of pain.

We take it back to basics with a focus on bodyweight movements and cardio. Sounds simple, right? Wrong. Minimal rest. Maximum effort. Pure raw grit.

Simple. Brutal. Relentless. But hey, you’ll crawl out stronger... and probably a little smug.
